Nick and Ben are a father and son team taking part in the 2022 Mongol Rally in our 1988 Renault 5 (unfortunately postponed from 2021). The car has been in our family since new. The rally goes from near Prague to Ulan Ude in Russia. Our aim is to drive through the Balkans, Turkey, the Caucasus, across the Caspian Sea to Turkmenistan and then through Central Asia to Mongolia then up to Ulan Ude. The trip should take six weeks.
