85% of the world’s young people live in emerging markets, that’s why EMpower works in 15 emerging markets supporting marginalised youth. Despite advances, many youth face poverty, discrimination, and limited opportunities.
EMpower is building a world where all young people at the margins, especially girls, have the skills, opportunities and power to live their full potential.
We do this by supporting innovative, locally-based nonprofits to uplift marginalised young people across three focus areas: economic well-being, inclusive learning and safe, healthy lives.
